We’re proud to share that Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ has been nominated for the Food Ingredients Europe (Fi Europe) Innovation Award 2025 in the category “Dairy Alternative Ingredients.” This nomination highlights our commitment to redefining the future of creamy, indulgent foods through natural and sustainable innovation.

The Fi Europe Innovation Awards are among the most prestigious recognitions in the global food industry, celebrating companies that push the boundaries of what’s possible in food formulation. What is Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ?

Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ is a plant-based alternative to dairy cream, designed to deliver the same creamy texture consumers love, but with a significantly lower environmental footprint. It enables formulators to reduce saturated fats and dairy content while maintaining indulgence and mouthfeel across a wide range of applications, from dairy alternatives and desserts to sauces and ready meals.

Unlike many plant-based emulsions that rely on added stabilizers or artificial structure, Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ leverages nature’s own design, using oleosomes as its core technology.

What are oleosomes?

Oleosomes are natural oil–water structures (a natural emulsion)  found in plants and seeds. These microscopic capsules protect and stabilize oil droplets with a built-in plant protein–phospholipid membrane, offering natural emulsification and creaminess without additives. By unlocking the potential of oleosomes, we’re able to create plant-based fat systems that perform like dairy cream, smooth, stable, and deliciously creamy.
