This year, Time Travelling Milkman was proud to be part of the Future Protein NL booth at Food Ingredients Europe (FiE), powered by The Protein Community (TPC) and supported by OostNL, Go4Export, and Topsector. Sharing the space with 11 other pioneering Dutch companies, we represented the cutting edge of sustainable food innovation — with a focus on creamy, plant-based indulgence.

A Global Stage for Dutch Innovation

The booth served as a bustling hub for visitors looking to discover future-proof food ingredients. With plant-based and upcycled solutions on full display, the Dutch presence stood out for its creativity, practicality, and environmental commitment. Our team at Time Travelling Milkman highlighted our flagship ingredient, Oleocreamᵀᵀᴹ— a natural fat-rich emulsion made from sunflower seeds that delivers creamy mouthfeel without saturated fat. A game-changer for hybrid and plant-based dairy producers.

  • Media Recognition: The buzz around the Dutch presence reached the airwaves, with BNR News Radio highlighting our role in the growing shift towards sustainable indulgence.
